Product Is Good But Shipping & Customer Service Is Less

Order was placed on Dec. 1st & product wasn't shipped until 2 weeks later. The stories I received in the meantime as to why it wasn't shipped was something to be desired. Even though the product is great, because of the non-truths and long shipping delay, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Over 2 years of high usage and still looks new!

I purchased the L-shaped Desk/Hutch/Bookcase/Storage by Bush Furniture over 2 years ago and even after all of the moving and usage, it is still going strong! I even ended up purchasing another cabinet and will be purchasing another filing cabinet today as well. Although, my filing cabinet drawer did break, and I am in the middle of fixing it. It was totally my fault as I used way more than the weight limit allowed. But, everything else has lasted and is still in pretty decent, almost new condition. I run my business strictly from my home office, so the furniture definitely gets more than average use. The desk set was very easy to put together and took me about an hour or so myself to do. The wood is decent for the price. If you are looking for something that has a good look for a decent price, I would highly recommend!

The quality is very good. It is heavy furniture. It’s very nice looking in person. Bush Furniture customer service was very friendly and helpful. Putting it together took a longtime but sll parts snd pieces and hardware were there. Nothing missing. . Putting it together

It's good stuff

Ordering was easy, color selection lots to be desired. Wanted a different desk and hutch assembly but color was not available. The assemble was fairly straight forward when you take your time. The quality of the desk and hutch material left something to be desired. The top to the desk was excellent, good and solid. The rest of the components should be made out of the same density material as the top.

PERFECT addition to our home

We recently purchased an old farmhouse built in 1910. We turned one of the bedrooms into a home office due to Covid we are now working from home. This L Shaped desk is the perfect size for 2 large monitors, keyboard, laptop, docking station & speakers.. still with room to use a mouse. The chrome color is an eye catching shade of gray that goes great with bright white trims. I love all the matching pieces the set came with. Enough storage for all my files & extra office supplies. The set was very easy to assemble as the directions were very detailed. The design is perfect for a modern look to our farmhouse decor. You will fall in love with the set & enjoy working from home.

I love this desk. It looks exactly like the picture. The only issue I had was that it when it was delivered and we started putting it together there were two pieces that were a little messed up. We were still able to put it together and you cant see where it was already broken a little. It is sturdy, so no complaints there. I also like that it has a lot of storage space. I would recommend it to anyone.

I like the look and quality. It did take a long time to put it all together but is giving us a lot of storage that we needed. The drawers are really smooth, the only thing I wish was different is with the book shelf. The shelves sit on pegs they are adjustable but I wish there was a notch that the shelf would fit into so the it was more stable.

Furniture seems stable and functional. The color is antique white and goes well with farmhouse look. It was delivered in multiple boxes but looks great once it is put together.
