Excellent assembly manual, and all parts correct

First, Correct to say it does take some time to put together stage by stage as the manual, but this method produces a very nice product. I worked alone on this, and the result was flawless! I will be looking to buy more Bush furniture since all went perfectly! Very good assembly manual, I have to say!!

Disappointed in quality

Pretty flimsy and not very well made. I was really disappointed in the quality. We were going to use it a linen closet but ended up hiding it our downstairs kitchenette for storage instead.

Nice cabinet

Fits my bathroom perfectly, shelves are big enough to hold everything and then some. Shelves are deep enough to hold an eight pack of toilet paper.

Nice Furniture

We ordered two different pieces of furniture and are happy with both. The connections are quality, and the instructions are clear. Just suggest reading the instructions to get a feel for the process before starting assembly, then unpacking everything and staging in groups by part number. It'll take a while to assemble the more complicated furniture, but it's worth it in the end.

I feel for the size of the pantry it was a little over priced.

Sturdy, well appointed cabinet.

My mother is utilizing this cabinet, as a laundry room linen cabinet. I constructed it by myself without any issue, for her. The directions were very clear and all of the packages/ parts were labeled well. I was impressed with the accuracy, which is rare. The cabinet stores a good amount of linens and towel and my mother loves it!

I looked on other sites and didn’t find something like this at the price. The quality isn’t top notch but it was as I expected it to be. It’s perfect for what I wanted it for. It looks very nice.

Was looking for just this size piece with multiple shelves and this piece is perfect. I'm using it in my study to organize those little things that tend to make a room look messy and to keep craft items organized. The color matches another piece I bought a couple years ago to store larger kitchen items. It was assembled easily and is of sturdy quality. Had no problems with the doors like I saw mentioned on some of the reviews. I would purchase this piece again.

Terribly Made Cabinet And Even Worse Customer Service

Doors overlap, cabinet is wobbly, holes drilled for knobs are uneven. I contacted customer service 4 times before they put me in contact with the supervisor who then put me in contact with their senior admin. The senior admin asked for pictures over a week ago and has yet to respond to the 3 emails that I have sent. It shouldn't be this hard to get someone who cares. I'm sure anyone from this company would be upset if they were treated this way.
