This is the piece of furniture that almost broke me. Difficult to put together. I used the wrong screws for the drawers so now they dont work (even with the right screws). When I move, this piece of junk will be staying behind.

Item was well packaged. The box outside was damaged but nothing inside was. Very well packaged.

I love this new desk! It did take us a couple hours to put it together. Some of the hardware bags were misprinted so you couldn’t read the numbers, but easy enough to figure out what they were from the parts list provided in the directions. The directions also gave QR codes so you could watch videos of each assembly but we didn’t need to do that at all. This desk also gives you the option to assemble the drawers to the right or left. Nice option!!

The top arrived damaged but I contacted the company and they shipped a replacement right away. The customer service from Wayfair and the manufacturer was top notch. I did change the drawer pull knobs because I wanted them a little more golden. The Sand Oak color is beautiful, Couldn’t be happier.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Wanted to upgrade my home office and was searching for a white desk that had ample space. This was perfect! Definitely took awhile to put together, but it looks great! Very happy with this purchase!

Order came in, we are missing pieces. I've called customer service and they wont help out

I am two weeks into this desk and have zero complaints. It was easy to put together and I did most of it by myself. I just needed help lifting the top on when that time came. It is beautiful, the drawers work great and is just enough space for my organizer, two screens, and laptop.

Quality control a problem-- desk is as it looks, nice, long, no frills, VERY heavy; but it arrived without a slider for the drawer. My son was told that they are no longer making it with that part. It will take 3 more days to receive a new part. I'm sure in the end it will work out Ok, but these are the annoyances that eliminate stars.

Love the quality of the desk. The color looks exactly like the photos. It took a while to put together but the directions are very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend.

Previously open box was dropped off in garager while wife and I were not home. Two pieces were damaged from impact and several pieces were missing as were various hardware pieces were missing. During assembly I had to stop several times to wait for replacement parts to come from Bush Furniture. It's now well over a week since I received it and am still waiting for parts to finish. The box should never have been sent out as it had been visible open AND damaged prior to shipping to me. Very weak on Wayfair's part. The Bush people were helpful. Not a good experience. At all.

Nice desk.

Nice desk. Looks like pictured. It is a bit of a project to assemble. The materials are typical pressboard with the cam lock hardware, it is very sturdy and heavy once assembled.

Two pieces were broke had to glue them together

The to top drawer is not even and it did. Not have any holes for the handle

Great addition to the office. Bush furniture is the best office furniture. The desk can be added on to other pieces of same color. Malle it look like it all came together.

For the price point, you can’t go wrong with this desk. I have purchased these bush desks, time and time again for our offices. I love how sturdy the desks are, and how easy they are to put together. More than likely, I will be purchasing this desk, yet again, in the future.
