Perfect stools for my counter

I am giving 4 stars as assembling wasn’t Smooth as some swerving was not easy and instructions could have been better. These looks great and good comfortable leather seats

Very sturdy beautiful stools. They were delivered fast and packaged well and protected-no broken pieces! The wood is a rich dark cappuccino color. Seats are a large black leather like covering and cross back gives it a rich look. they are a bit difficult to put together...but worth it when finally finished!

I could not be more pleased. I put them together myself. Took about 20 minutes per Stool.Well constructed and comfortable. Have had many compliments. One stool had a crack in the wood but Overstock did the exchange quickly and we are enjoying them!

Bought 4 of these stools. Where the seat and the seat back bolt together, I was not able to tighten the center set of screws completely on 3 of them because they were not the same circumference and when you tried to tighten the center screws to pull the 2 pieces together it started cracking.

Poor design or manufacturing

The chairs are very nice looking but the design for the back connections to the seat is not good. I had two chairs that the wood on the back split when trying to connect to the seat. The curve of the back does not match the seat curve.

Unfortunately this product arrived with a broken leg and missing parts. It looked great in the photos but I was unable to use the broken bar stool. Hopefully a replacement will work out.

Excellent Counter Stools

We ordered 3 of these stools, which quickly arrived. Easy to put together and looked great, exactly as shown. One developed a crack in the wooden bottom seam after a few days. We called the company and immediately received a replacement - excellent customer service! We love these and recommend them.

Not comfy

This stool looks nice but the seat is as hard as a rock. It is not comfortable at all. It’s difficult to swivel (which I know loosening the screws may rectify). The back is not very high and can barely be seen above the counter. Love the way they look, but everyone congregates at our bar and can’t have something not comfy.

Not quite as sturdy as I had hoped, instructions were a bit fuzzy but blame that one me if you want, don't see these lasting more than a year before the wood starts cracking at the connection points.

Great Bar Stool

Really nice bar stool, however did not match my decor. Would be 4 star in a different application, leather seat is bit to hard for my liking.

Love! They do take a minute to assemble, and the instructions aren't great (had to redo a few bolts to get everything to line up properly, tip--get every bolt in before you tighten any of them, even a little bit), but the quality feels really nice. Also, if it matters to you, the swivel is not a "return" swivel. So if you're sitting in it, you can turn around, but they don't automatically return to the original position, which means I still have to go around and straighten them. But for the price, I couldn't find anything even close (and I have LOOKED).

Nice construction - taller than expected

The bar stool itself is very solid, good construction. I measured my countertop before purchasing, however the seat cushion is "very full" and it comes pretty close to the top. Still able to use and the kids love them!

We bought 2 barstools, received them earlier than expected. The hardware labeling didn't match the assembly instructions but once we figured out which hardware was mislabeled the assembly went together easily. These stools are gorgeous, great quality, and well worth the money. We loved them so much we are ordering a third for our counter. Love them!

Great product...REAL wood...for the price!

I purchased two of these chairs, they are easy to put together however be warned the label on the screws does not match the letters on the directions. After I got that figured out I was able to assemble them myself in no time. They look wonderful in my kitchen. The swivel is very smooth and they feel very sturdy. I am a happy customer.
