I ordered this Michael Aram
I ordered this Michael Aram bar cart for my wife’s birthday. When she opened the box, the car was broken. I had to communicate through email to get this resolved. The second cart arrived damaged as well. I sent pictures, tried to call someone but all correspondence is through email. I am now waiting for the third cart to arrive. Shipment has been delayed twice. This is the final try. If this comes damaged, I would just like a refund. We have been buying Michael Aram products for years but I have never been more frustrated buying a product. It is not an inexpensive item and yet, the quality was disappointing. Customer service offered me a $50 gift card for my inconvenience. Not the service I would expect.

Customer service has been very responsive (Iliana is great!), but the cart arrived seriously damaged, and I do not yet have a date for the arrival of the new one.
