[Rewarded Review] Nice product, bad directions
The quality of this product is really nice. It’s sturdy, has a nice shine and look to it. The instructions are terrible! I am not handy in any way, but I figured anyone could put up a towel rack, right? Well the part where it instructed to get a professional almost happened. The words are tiny and faded and the pictures are very basic. I eventually got it together.

I Was really impressed with the BWE 4 piece bath hardware. The quality is very nice not lite weight aluminum this is very sturdy. The brushed nickel finish really accents our restroom. I've been making some home improvements and this item was very easy to assemble and install. With just a few more minor repairs are DIY project will be completed. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Upon opening the box I thought this had the look and feel of a high quality product. The pieces were heavyweight and had a very nice finish on them. The set came complete with all the hardware needed including allen wrenches. I installed all the pieces with the toilet tissue holder being last. Everything went smoothy until then. The spindle that holds the tissue hangs up and is very difficult to compress. It also doesn't readily spring back into position after putting on a new roll. I hope it works smoother with use. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but this was the only reason I couldn't.
