Beautiful but water is disgusting now

This is a really lovely faucet but qe have had it installed for over 4 months and the water in this sink now tastes the way JB Weld epoxy smells. it is in my kids bathroom and qe will not let him drink the water in there. we have yried removing the various hoses abd soaking them in vinegar, but nothing has helped...going to replace the whole unit.

Stunning Gold Faucet

I recently installed this beautiful gold faucet that I purchased and was blown away by how nice it looked. This faucet is great quality and the tone of gold actually looks more expensive than the $400 faucet I bought originally. I really like that this faucet can swivel and is not stationary like some other similar style faucets. The angle of the spout means the water hits the sink in a way that doesn’t lead to a lot of splashing around the faucet and handles themselves. Also, the push-up drain cap is made of metal which is great for its durability, compared to some painted plastic caps I’ve gotten with different faucets I’ve purchased. I was even pleased with the company’s customer service, when I had to reach out to them at one point and they were nothing but helpful and very prompt to get my issue resolved. Highly recommend this faucet!

Brushed gold vanity faucet

The brushed gold is beautiful. Seems like good quality but its only been a month.

Super easy installation for the BWE 8 in. widespread brushed gold faucet and popup drain valve. The mix between handles to faucet are quick connect as well as the inlet cold/hot inlet lines to the faucet handles quick connect. The only real "plumbing" involved is shutting off and draining existing inlet hoses and unscrewing from the shut off valve. The over flow pop up drain is also a breeze, but we definitely recommend using plumber's putty to seal the drain to the sink. Other than that, it's a piece of cake. If we could do it you can. The overall quality of the BWE 8 in. Widespread 2-Handle Mid-Arc Bathroom Faucet is excellent. I'm picky about fixture finishes and took a long hard look at both the faucet handles and the faucet itself. There isn't a flaw anywhere on the finish which is a sign of higher quality bath fixtures. In fact the brushed gold finish on this BWE bathroom faucet is a perfect match to other higher quality fixtures we installed. The faucet handles movement is solid and smooth with quick response with the water temp mix. I wasn't too sure about the mid-arc height of the faucet. But really like it now that we're using it. It certainly makes it much easier to rinse hands and forearms without splashing water all over. The real bonus for me is the 360* swing on the faucet. Of course the faucet is close enough to the backsplash so you really can't swing the faucet 360* but being able to swing it 180* from side to side into an undermount rectangular sink is a real blessing. It makes cleaning and rinsing so much easier. My DH likes the quick connect, the inlet lines color coded with faucet handles and extra set screws and washers. The instructions were clear and complete - everything needed to install was included - no extra trips back to the box store. So far we really like this bath faucet and are happy we chose it.
