Poor quality

Bought 2 for my new bathroom and both stems broke where they meet spout. Customer service was good for the 1st one, they sent me a replacement. As of 7/1/24 BWE has been unresponsive on the second replacement and my emails to them are bouncing back now as if it’s a bad email address.

Broken Fixture

I purchased this faucet for a new build home. Three months after installation we discovered a leak, which was coming from the faucet hose. I have tried getting in touch with the manufacturer via phone and email to no avail. Would not recommend anyone purchase this material because if there is anything you need fixed, the only option you will have is to purchase brand new AGAIN.

Good Quality and Innovative Features

I think this is a very nice faucet with some unique features. Here are the things that I like first. It has a unique and modern and minimalist design that is clean and I think would work well in a modern designed bathroom or many other bathrooms aside from one that is trying to be ultra traditional or country French. I also like the quality and "heft" of the fixtures overall and the coating is consistent and smooth. The flat wide pour spout creates an interesting water flow and provides ample water volume for a sink. The most interesting and unique feature has to be the color changing LED light. It show blue with cold water and changes color to green in the luke-warm range and then red to hot. I thought it was going to need wiring and an outlet but I was pleasantly surprised. It only needs the water pressure and my guess is it has an internal impeller that creates enough current to power the LED and a temp sensor. Very innovative and simple to install.

Paint Peeling off handles.

Purchase 2 of the faucets for our double vanity. After cleaning I noticed the one faucet had the paint peeling off and the light stopped working.

do not buy!! it craked water went everywhere. 3 months of purchase, 90 days have past and lowes is not responsible, crazy deal.

this faucet looks beautiful but it cracked in 3 months, damaged my bathroom vanity..

love the look but only 6 months and all the black is coming off of the one knob. so disappointed to pay so much money and not have it last longer than a few months!

Actually pretty impressed with these! I’ve spent a lot more money on high end faucets and the water pressure has been horrible. These provide great water flow and would buy again. The installation of the hot and cold knobs can be a little tricky, and kind of wish they were a little taller/easier to grab, but otherwise these are worth the money.

Drain not included

I purchased this product and was super excited to have it installed. My plumber came to do the install for me, because she is a good friend. When we opened the box, she said, “oh this is really nice, where’s the drain?” I said, isn’t it in the box? I go back online to look at the specifications as well as photos of the product installed. No where does it say drain sold separately and the stock photos have the drain included in the photo. So, what am I missing?? The section that reads frequently bought together doesn’t have drains either. Where is the drain? Can someone help please?

This BWE 8 in. Widespread Waterfall Double Handle Three Holes Bathroom Faucet With Led Light in Matte Black is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Love the slim lines on the faucet and the low profile handles too. The black hardware will match the white vanity we just ordered that has black hardware as well. I have another faucet like this one in our bathroom in the main bedroom. Works beautiful and creates a waterfall affect that I just love.

Unique faucet, easy installation

Even without the color change, this is a nice looking faucet and reasonably easy to install. I attached the hoses before diving under the sink, so the only connection left to was attaching the hot & cold from the faucet handles to the "T", and all was leak free on the first try. The color change feature is much more noticeable in a dark room, but you can still see it with the lights on. Blue for cold, green when it starts getting warm, and red when hot. I finished the installation with matching mat black drain (not included with the faucet)

Leaking hoses

It worst faucet I ever install the hose are so cheap they kinked when trying install. I have to purchase main hose and now my other hoses leaking

Love it

This faucet is really nice. The finish is beautiful. It even has a changing led light inside to show the temperature of the water. I didn’t even realize it had this feature but I really like it as I know when the water is hot (red), warm (green) and cold (blue). I tried to show in photos. The finish does show spots but because the water doesn’t really splash it doesn’t seem to be an issue and I really love the matte finish.

Beautiful ~ Needs 3 Separate Holes ~ Great Water Flow ~ Looks Incredible

I got this to replace our old faucet in the bathroom and I don't think I could have selected a more Beautiful and Stunning Faucet. The water comes out like a small waterfall and the knobs are minimalistic without being to small. Simple but Gorgeous. The valves and spout are extremely well made and should last a Long, Long time. A better faucet would be difficult to find.

Waterfall faucet in black matte

This is a very modern looking black matte eight inch faucet. I love the waterfall spout. I was worried when I first saw the handles that they wouldn’t be user friendly, but they work just fine. The installation manual was clear. The faucet came packed vey simply without a crazy amount of packing material. It came in great shape.this is a high quality item
