I put this together in about a half hour with no problems. I got the black table & love it! It;s sturdy and perfect for my coffee, remote and phone or whatever I want to put on it.

Don't order this table, it won't stay together

I ordered two of these tables a couple years back for our TV room, those have held up fine. So I decided to order another one; it turns out the production quality has gone down hill considerably in the meantime. The fastening screws are too short to hold the top and bottom to the other pieces; after I assembled the unit and stood it up, it collapsed into pieces. You'll also note that the pictures only show you one side of the table, the back with the magazine rack - they don't show you the front. That's because all the screw holes are in the front of the unit, and they've stopped shipping wooden buttons to plug the screw holes; they are now shipping cheap-looking paper stickers that don't match the wood color.

Poor quality table - parts don't work - poor!!!

This table was poorly made and the screws/hardware don't even hold it together. The instruction booklet was missing 3 pages. Don't buy

I was very disappointed in this item, it is cheaply made and it s shaped like a C and will not stand very much on top , (maybe a coffee cup and the bottom holds everything together and it s not sturdy at all , I am not sending it back as I am discarding it as it ''s not what I expected at all , and ordered a sturdier table for what I wanted , not a good item at all

Poor Quality

I was very disappointed with the quality of this item. I ordered two and after working to assemble the first one, I returned the second one. Some of the holes were drilled at a slant and some were not deep enough. This caused some difficulty in assembling the table. I had to drill holes deeper so I could assemble properly. You have to be able to make adjustments with drilling and cutting bolts to make sure pieces are flush together without gaps. Also, they give you round cheap stickers to cover up the areas where the screw heads show. My last table I bought 5 years ago had matching wood pegs that actually were inserted into the holes and matched the color of the stain. The round plastic flat stickers don't even match the color of the table. If I were Penny's, I would remove this item completely from their stores (online or brick & mortor stores). It cheapens the Penny's name. If you are looking for a cheap table like this and have the tools and ability to make the necessary adjustments for a good-tight table and don't mind the mismatched stickers, then buy it. If not, don't waste your time or money.

very small, was disappointed how little it was. I do not recommend this item unless you have a very small space that you need to sit a lamp on

cheap piece of junk

I'll start by saying it looks really nice... but this is a cheap piece of junk. As i was tightening the hardware by hand it would crack the wood in almost every spot and it's certainly not tight. It's not sturdy at all and i'm afraid to put anything on the top table because i think it's going to break.

Very cute small table just what I needed

Some screws were not long enough

I love the new table but it took a month to get the instructions to put it together and some of the screws were not long enough so I had to use some that I already had to keep it together. And yes once I got my instructions I did follow them and still felt it could have came together better.

Garbage!

Do not order this! The quality is horrible! I have put together many pieces of furniture and this one is impossible and is totally unsturdy when finished. Very very wobbly and cannot possibly be used.

Lost Table

Lost table in hurricane ida. Yet I loved the look and it was a nice table.

Useless screws make it impossible to build solidly

This table is not easy to assemble and the screws provided are too short to keep the table solidly assembled - they rip right out immediately.

Nice But Won't Support Heavy Items

I love this table but be careful not to put anything too heavy on it - It is the right color and size and compliments perfectly my other two Copper Grove furniture pieces - The small pocket front is perfect for storing a book or two, etc.

Not bad for money spent. I gave it three stars instead of a five because one of the two stands I purchased was not as solid as the other one. I have to be extra careful when using it because it could easily be destroyed. Great if you don’t use it too much.
