Supper soft. Advertised as firm. Springs hold no weight.

Recommended

Very comfortable, solid mattress, comes shrunken into a wrapping then takes a day or two to expand to full size. Didn't notice any smell when we slept on it after airing it overnight.

The most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had and I've had a nice super thick 10" futon mattress in the past and it was great. This was the exact opposite. My whole body is in pain. Don't waste your money.

Ordering was very easy. It was here 3 days earlier than the expected date. Delivery guy was very nice out it right into my garage for me.

When you first sit you feel the wood of the futon frame. You can also feel the springs.

Good fit on my frame, fairly comfortable, much better than the rag filled futon mattress. Would be so much better with a layer of firm foam just under the cover!

The futon is very attractive love the color blue. Easy install. I had a 10 inch coil Innerspring that was amazing. This o e is an 8 inch and It is a flatter feel sitting on it. But still comfy. For the price it's worth it!

Terrible service from walmart

I tried to cancel because I no longer required the item but was unable to online so I called customer service. They told me they could not cancel the order however it was already in "transit". The agent said they would "escalate" my file to whomever and I would receive a call within a few working business days. Never received a call, follow up or anything and the item arrive the following week. Terrible service from walmart and unfortunately there is no option to give ZERO stars.

not worth the money

We waited the amount of time suggested on instructions before using. It expanded to full size but goes completely flat when you sit on it. I'm sorry I purchased this one.
