Cheap materials, low water pressure, leaking

Only a year old and we are experiencing massive leaking under the plate and running down through the holes from the tap handles into our cupboard below. We didn't retain the receipt because we did not think it would only last year so we have no way to access any kind of warranty without the receipt according to American standard. Overall it's very cheaply made and does not have any water pressure, but the fact that it's leaking after only a year is ridiculous

Bought two and they don't match!

Bad bad product

Worst product ever. Stay away. Cheap plastic tubing inside leaks all over, the diffuser fell off one month in use impossible to screw back in. New bathroom, new faucets that will need replacement ASAP. Very upsetting.

Good faucet, leaky drain

The faucet itself is great, but the drain wont stop dripping. I have disassembled and reassembled the drain 4 times, ensured it is aligned, hand tighten and added a 1/4 turn with a wrench but it wont stop dripping from above the tapered rubber seal. I've got to go back to hardware store tomorrow to get plumbers putty to try seal it properly. Im not optimistic about it's longevity

It’s a good quality tap and prefer it over the moen for hard water as it has ceramic cartridges not stainless and will stand up better
