I was buying a new stove from Home Depot and I clicked on the link for the conversion kit, which is GRLP5 ordered what it went to turned out it was for a barbecue conversion so it took me a week before I could get my stove hooked up, so yes, not happy With Home Depot

Hard to use when you forget to send me the grill.
Never used this product because the Home Depot purchased BBQ grill product was to be installed on was delivered damaged and never replaced. As with the grill, Home Depot never inquired why product was returned.

Package arrived quickly, even before the new bbq I ordered. Installation of NG orifices for main burners was fairly easy even with large fingers. Back burner took a little extra time due to removal and reinstallation of rear bbq cover. The entire process including NG regulator install didn’t take more than 45 minutes. Grill works perfectly with natural gas now.

Instructions for infrared burner say to use the #52 male orifice. Problem is the box contained a #50 and a #54, but no #52. Customer service line says send them an e-mail, as they will not answer the phone with a live person. Other than that the conversion is simple.
Must haves for making sure your grill has the right gas converter
