This is my 10th plant from this seller. (I previously bought four and vowed to come back for more, which I did. I bought six.) Just like before, the Calathea came well packaged and in great shape, no damage whatsoever. Great plant, great seller.

I had bought two plants at the same time and one got here within 2-3 days and the other took a week due to delays from UPS. Needless to say, I thought the plant would be on the brink of death by then. However, it came perfectly packed that let in air and light during the travel, keeping it in perfect shape! Plus, it was a huge, healthy plant! 10/10 recommend this shop!

By far, the...

By far, the most unique plant I've ever owned. This plant actually "barks" like a dog (in the distance)! I talked with a local botanist, and he said that the Rattlesnake Plant (and other Calathea) have a hinge at the base of their leaves. They close up at night time and reopen in the morning, based off of circadian rhythms of the sun. So when they are in the opening/closing phase of the day, they move their chlorophyll up and down the stem, which produces a jibbering sound that on occasion sounds like a dog bark. I was so inspired by this plant that I ordered seeds to grow them in my indoor garden for myself. Really cool plant, to say the least! I have to supplement some of the light so that it doesn't lose its beautiful markings, but I am truly happy with this plant!

I wasn't sure I would love this plant in general, but it's so pretty! The colors are vibrant the the leaves are so unique. 3 plants from this shop (so far!) and they have all be awesome - highly recommend!

Rattlesnake plants are...

Rattlesnake plants are amongst my favorite as the leaves sprawl out during the day to catch the sun and stand up at night. I'm really glad to have one back in my plant collection and am very happy with the one I received! The seller does a fantastic job with packaging the plant in very sturdy materials to help prevent them from getting damaged along the way. I ordered two plants and the box that my rattlesnake came in was VERY damaged by USPS so I was worried that the plant wouldn't make it. Fortunately the packaging used was very well designed so even though the pot was cracked along the way and the box was severely distorted, the plant itself was unharmed. Definitely recommend and will be looking to them for my plants in the future!

I absolutely love love love this plant.It was packaged and shipped Very well with little to no issue.It is a beauty.In fact I gave it to my niece recently when she visited because she loved it so much. I ordered another one to replace it for my own.I just hope it is just a gorgeous.

got here in about a week, which was what the shipping guidelines stated, so that was satisfactory. but it looks great, so it was worth the wait. i was hesitant about ordering plants online, but i'm very pleased with my purchase!

Very pretty and healthy calathea! It lost about halfits soil in transit, but as a collector of house plants, I had plenty of soil to spare, so no biggie! Overall, super pleased with the quality of this plant!
