[Rewarded Review] Frustrated and angry.
Ordered neutrals. Was sent BLUE. I’ve texted w Cust service three times and have still yet to receive the return label let alone the right rug that I actually ordered. So frustrated. Beyond words. Made me stop short with my next order because it should NOT be this hard to have a company fix THEIR errors. Especially expensive ones.
Antro sends incorrect rug and will not replace it
I wish I received this rug as ordered and advertised! They sent me an incorrect style and I’ve been waiting for a response on my claim, but no answer. I ordered this rug nearly a month ago and no follow up from Anthropologie customer service! What a shame, it’s fraudulent!
