Love the product and it looks great. There was a glitch with shipping as the wrong product was sent but customer service immediately sent out the correct item and it arrived a day later. I would give customer service a 5-star rating.

Bed is really nice once put together but the base and legs are not stable

Honestly I’m really enjoying my bed. Got this frame thinking that metal after a while it loosens but as of now it’s in perfect condition still.

I love this bed frame! It works perfect for us. The only wall we had to put our bed on is our window wall. We didn't want to block the light so this open head board works out perfect. I still get light in the room. Looks great with our new bedroom furniture. It was really easy to assemble. Just wish it was black and not bronze.

Just received it so haven't put it together yet. But we love the modern industrial look.

I hated this bed and gave it away after a couple months.

nice contemporary bed frame

We scanned the internet for about three weeks before settling in on this contemporary frame. Nice structure, well made. we did discover two damaged areas on the footboard and sent a message to Hailey, and are awaiting a response if something can be done.

Love this bed. It gave my room a new look and it was the perfect height for me and my spouse.

Very solid bed frame. Isn’t completely black, more like a dark brushed metal.

After about a year of owning this frame, it is bent and the legs supporting the middle have broken off. We do not exceed the weight limit but the frame still did not hold up.

I love this bed frame. Only things is one of the screw were hard to fit and the headboard hit the wall with movement. I put it together myself, not bad. Very sturdy bed. Not a bad deal ,caught it on sale with a coupon. It was worth it.

I am a small framed woman and was able to put this bed together myself. Warning- box is heavy!! But putting together was easy and done in an hour. It's simple and modern. Love my new bed
