Absolutely stunning bed! Authentically looks like it belongs in a German castle. Good quality. Looks exactly like picture. Pieces were very heavy so I suggest having 3 people for assembly. Only problems were with delivery company: 1) I was never contacted with time range of delivery. 2) When I called, I was told they would be an hour late so I left to run errands. They actually arrived 25 minutes early so I missed delivery. 3) Upon the second attempt, the crew did not call to alert they were close by as promised, they did not ring the doorbell and were about to drive off after leaving the boxes on the front porch despite me paying extra for interior delivery. They argued with me about having to bring the boxes inside and refused to wait a few minutes for me to inspect the bed.
