It's quiet and soft (comfortable) and easy to clean however not sure if this is "well made"... because I'm just not familiarized with the brand so much and our main concern is that it is spill and resistant being that this is for a kids room and we foresee food and drinks spills from time to time. Other than that we are pretty satisfied.
