Massively Huge
Wow, this is bigger than I thought it would be! Works well though.
Extremely poor quality!!
Lasted for 6 months and 8 pizzas!! The ninth molded to the pan!! Same dough--same process---sponge cleaned only!! Piece of garbage!!
useable, durable a good buy
I was a bit disappointed in the size as I already had some personal pizza pans those are a bit bigger but these will do the same job. But the arrived on time as promised. And I could tell that they were as the description said they were "brand new"
GREAT PAN!! GREAT PRICE!!
Bought this because our oven pizza crust was always soggy and white with our high end pizza stone. This pan cooks the pizza crust perfectly!! Nice and crisp. Also, it is lightweight steel (not aluminum) and non-stick to boot!! Would absolutely buy again and would recommend this pizza crisper!!
Specifications Not As Expected
The description does not state that the holes go all the way through the item. This means that you cannot use any (olive) oil to lightly coat the (bottom of the) crust for flavor. If you did, it would seep through the holes (upon heating) onto the oven and would smoke. I can see the holes in the picture, of course, but that does not indicate that there is no solid bottom below the holes.
Pizza Perfection
We have been buying, taking home and freezing a popular “Take and Bake’’ pizza which we found does not bake properly after freezing (the crust is always soggy). We borrowed a Calphalon pizza pan and finally, a pizza well baked! So we bought one for our selves!
This makes pizza at home better than ever!
We had a similar pan that we used for all kinds of oven cooking but it got lost when we moved. This one is better than the one we loved - it does a crisp crust on the bottom so there is no floppy pizza. We prefer using a pan because sometimes a pizza just does not hold together when putting it in and out of the oven.
Great pan!! I lost my previous one in a move. Had to search to find this!!! Don’t ever buy a pan without holes for pizza. This wipes clean and cooks great!! Love it!
Fantastic Pan
I have never purchased a pizza pan before but used my mothers until it one day went missing. Thus the necessary pizza pan purchase.
Love this pizza Pan
I absolutely love this pan. The pizza slid right off the pan when I put the pizza on another plate. It didn't even stick and I didn't even use oil. The crust was so nice and crispy and evenly cooked on the bottom. Best pizza pan that I ever used. Highly recommend this product.
Work just like I hoped it would!!
Work just like I hoped it would! I like my homemade pizza a little more on the crispy side not soggy. I did apply a small amount of solid Crisco on a napkin and run it lightly around the pan. The vents on the bottom cooked the crust perfectly. A guest said my pizza rules! The crust easily slid of the pan no sticking. I bought two of these and will continue to use them each time pizza is on the menu.
Great Pizza Pan
Use this for baking frozen pizzas and it is the first pan I've had that gives me a nice crisp crust, those holes in the pan really do prevent mushy crusts. Nice large size, accommodates large pizzas easily. I've been more than satisfied with all my Calphalon purchases.

Got this on a good sale, because my other pan looking rough. Love this! Fits all sizes of frozen pizzas, use it for tater tots, frozen fries, no flipping things over! Great pan! Non stick is very good too!
Great Pizza Pan
My pizza literally slid right off, it was cooked so well. It doesn't have a single uncooked or soggy part. Like others, I recommend testing out different crust depths until you reach the type that you like (thin or regular) because this pan does cook the dough faster and more evenly than others. It will take a few tries, but whatever I end up with, it still tastes better than I've made using other pans (whether thin or not). You'll also have to experiment with different temperatures. But it's worth it. Great pan, over all.
Have One, Getting Another
I have owned this pizza pan for a long time (20 years?) and was excited to see that it is still available since I am now shopping for a second pan. Crusts on pizzas are baked to the crispness I like, and I don't find it difficult to clean. Over the years there has been a slight build-up of grease around the edges, as you will find in pans and baking sheets belonging to people who use their pans repeatedly and are content to let a little grease remain with each use. I think a person who was determined to have no grease build-up could achieve that with this pan if a little more time was spent washing dishes than I care to give. Anyway, I like it enough to buy a second.
