Pilot holes for the drawer hardware screws were pretty much where they should have been; however, I wasn't able to adjust the tracks sufficiently to prevent the edges of the drawer faces from rubbing each other.

Very poorly made. Pilot holes stripped immediately making assembly impossible. Will return and request a refund.

poor Quality

Knowing this was cheap furniture i had low expectations, but the product didn’t meet them. It came on time and well packaged, but there were blemishes on the desks surface. The drawer slide hardware was very cheap and rickety. I will be looking for another vendor to replace, as it does not meet my needs. I would return it, but its already built. I guess it will be going in the garage as a makeshift work bench

this desk is the closest i can find to what i want. I wanted a small desk. it's going in the bedroom so don't have a lot of space. wanted dark brown wood. the description said wood and it appears to be wood. it sure is heavy enough to be wood. Cappucino is the color i wanted and got it. as many drawers as i could possibly get. organization freak i am. can't say anything about it's construction yet because i need someone to put it together with me. BUT i thoroughly checked out all surfaces for dents, cracks, and scratches. happy to report none were found!!

After you organize/agonize over poor pictures and instructions - it's a GREAT desk. Being all wood means the screws, drawers and entire piece will stay tight, unlike cheaper particle board ones

Not solid wood

This is not solid wood as mentioned in the product description. Made of MDF or some other light weight particle board. It chipped off in mutlipele places while ssembling, The drawer knob come off in a day. Better quality hard wood desk is available elsewhere for the same price. Do not waste your money on this. When I called the help desk to return it they said I need to disassemble and repack it. Do not waste your money on this.

Long crack across middle of desk top

The design is perfect for my daughter's small bedroom. Fairly easy to put together, parts well labeled. Unfortunately it came with a long crack right across the middle of the desktop. Calls and emails to the manufacturer to obtain a replacement desktop piece were ignored and it's too much of an effort to return as my daughter needs it for virtual school. I would have given 4-5 stars if not for the crack.

Pretty solid and looks nice. It's large enough for a standard work-from-home setup.The assembly is a little challenging due to heavy pieces. My unit came with an incorrect part, but it was rectified with a couple extra wood screws.
