They are nice but a bit flimsy. I was mashing my son cut baked potato with the fork and the handle started to bend. This never happened with my other silverware.

We expected better.

When I was buying from Corelle.com, I was under the impression I was buying Corelle, Made in USA products. These aren't Corelle, Cambridge isn't the series or collection, it's the company that makes them in China. And sure, being made in China isn't necessarily a bad thing, but that's not the point, it should be clear when half your website says "proudly made in the USA". As to the product itself, first impression is that they're too big. The "small" forks are bigger than the big forks from a normal set. I have no idea what the big spoons are for. Second, the handles are thinner than you'd expect, to the point that I was worried about how strong they'd be. I haven't given them the solid-as-a-rock ice-cream test yet, but to their credit, they are stronger than they appear. Now after using them for almost a month, we're disappointed we purchased these. The edges of the forks and spoons are sharp - not enough to cut your or anything, but enough to scrape irritatingly against plastic. More concerning is that we're already starting to see black nicks on the metal, evidently not as dishwasher friendly as advertised.

I've put this set away in a drawer and will only use it when I need extra place settings. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product. The design is very pretty. The forks, spoons are way too big. The weight of the utensils is very light. I wish I had shopped brick and mortar store so I could "feel" weight and judge the size of each utensil instead. I expected better for the price.

This Conquest Sand flatware set is so attractive and stylish to use. All our friends have just fallen in love with this set just like we have. Would recommend this set to everyone.

unique and fun design

Nice set especially in that it comes in a stacking tray that keeps the set perfectly organized every time you put them away. Also the free added serving utensils are a plus. I have owned heavier and thicker sets but for the price it was a deal.

Great product

I love this set. They are really beautiful and easy to clean. They do come with the buffet server, which I use as a drawer organizer. The only problem is that the spoons are a bit larger than I expected (but I do prefer smaller spoons)

Less than 1 month and rusting already

I have owned this set less than 1 month and over half the pieces are rusting at the edges already. I have previously owned the Felicity Sand set of flatware made by Cambridge for almost 10 years so I thought that I was buying a quality product but that is not the case here. These are lighter, many of the tines of the forks are bent, and the edges of the metal feel uncomfortable in your hand. These have been treated in exactly the same manner as my previous set and are nowhere near as durable. I am very displeased with my purchase and would not recommend these to anyone

I bought this and a dishwasher same day. I installed my dishwasher and loaded it up with this flatware and ran it. Every knife rusted! just the handles. None of the others rusted. Just the knives...? Very disappointed!! Especially for the price I paid!!
