Pretty finish but construction needs improvement

Pretty finish but construction needs improvement . Nails at the back of the legs should go into an unfinished wood so the nails don't get bent. Drawers need better grooves so you don't pull the face off the drawer (I'll have to use wood glue or something to keep the drawers together).

Good instructions, easy to assemble

Had an easy time assembling. Instructions are thorough and easy to follow with good diagrams.

Surprisingly heavy and sturdy for the very affordable price!

I was very surprised once it was assembled, how strong, heavy and sturdy it was! It took me about a little over two hours to put it together, but it was well worth it! I'll be looking into this company again when purchasing furniture!

Good but has a few issues

Firstly, we were missing hardware. It was not a smooth assembly and did not note that drawers were left/right specific. Some parts did not align exactly but the finished product looks pretty good.

This was a great product

Looks great in our baby's room. It was challenging to put together but once assembled, is a sturdy solid piece of furniture. It also smells like amazing fresh food.

Really nice product

Solid piece of furniture and looks really nice with the nightstands that we also purchased. The instruction were easy to follow and easy to assemble. Just follow them closely and position the pieces as seen on the page in order not to make a mistake and regret it when you almost have it together but put the wrong piece on the wrong side etc.

Best Quality Dresser Ever!!!!

Bought this exact dresser from two years ago because we loved it so much! Super easy instructions, funny little commentary comments, and an hour or two of your time you will have the best affordable high quality dresser there is. There isn't anything better... Best Dresser Ever!!!!!!

This dresser is nearly unusable. The drawers don't line up and it feels very cheap. You can get better for the price elsewhere!

Intolerable chemical smell

The dresser do look nice, however the smell of it is horrible. I've put it in the garage for ventilation for about two weeks before put it together, but still a ton of smell whenever I open the drawer.

Sturdy and decent quality

We really like this dresser for the color and sturdiness. We put it together ourselves and I would say it requires a little more skill than most furniture assemblies to get things to line up nicely. Quality seems pretty good, though there is a corner at the top of the dresser that came ever so slightly damaged.

Was pleasantly surprised

I am pleasantly surprised at how well made this dresser is. This is the first Sauder product that I have purchased. It wasn't hard to put together and not extremely heavy to move, without the drawers. It was missing a few pieces, which I have ordered from Sauder. However I think this could have been a return or something which is why the pieces were missing. Over all I am happy with this dresser.

So easy to put together and beautiful!

The delivery box was extremely dense and heavy (even the Amazon guys were struggling). However, assembly was a breeze and I love the finished product. I was disappointed that the herringbone-style side panels are just paneling/painted, which is not what I expected from Sauder quality.

It looks nice

After finishing assembly one of the drawers catches the leg of the dresser when I pull it out, overall it looks nice and serves its purpose but that is frustrating that after a year its going rub the finish off where the drawer rubs. Also one of the drawer panels came damaged, but frankly I didnt want to go through all the trouble of sending things back and then having to wait for a new one and reassembling a new one.
