I originally got this to go under my dining table but my chairs would pull on it even after I attached chair gliders. It also stretches some which I’m not sure is a good thing. It is quite comfortable on your feet although there are several “thick” bits woven in that you can feel. I decided to put it in a bedroom and it did add a lot of warmth to the room. I like it overall.

I ordered the 11 X 15 and it’s surprisingly soft to the touch. I made sure to purchase a thick rug pad for underneath and added rug grippers. It looks and feels durable but only time will tell with 2 kids and 2 dogs. I felt like I was taking a risk with this rug because you never really know what color variation you’ll get until it arrives. Mine is neither the lightest or darkest I’ve seen in reviews. It’s a perfect warm color for the coastal design I’m going for.

Neutral colored, nicely crafted woven rug, BUT only for use in areas with no pets or foot traffic. Must ditch beater bar on vacuum or it unravels quite easily. I’ve had mine four weeks and can already see noticeably lost integrity in my low traffic location. Attaching at arrival and after 4 weeks photos.

Bought 2 rugs for sunroom LOVE. Adds “warmth”, especially in snow! They are a honey color vs. gray. I would buy again, but based on what I experienced between the 2 rugs, your mileage may vary! First, immediately after taking it out of the packaging, I kept it folded and vacuumed each side. After getting it into place, with the help of another person, stretch the rug out a little, so it wouldn’t do so after I got the furniture on it. Then again I vacuumed each side. I’m convinced there is a good bad side to the rugs. One rug went down on its good side, the other on its bad. The bad side pulls and frays and doesn’t let go of its chaff as easily as the other- so I ended up vacuuming it many more times until I felt like I got everything up I could. It also has a less pronounced center rectangle. If yours pulls frays, try flipping the rug over.

Seems to be decently made - there are a couple of spots where the stitching is wonky, but so far it's holding together. I had not considered that having pets in the house could make this floor covering fall apart, but at this point the cats and the dog aren't an issue. It took a couple of days for this to lie completely flat, I did a light misting of water and that helped the fibers to relax.

I got this for my cat more than anything. I bought a litter box disguised as a plant holder and that cut down on the granules everywhere. Then, I finally got this rug and it REALLY helps. Feels nice, doesn’t smell like a factory and it is easy to clean. The cat likes to claw it up, which I figured he’d do, but it doesn’t mess up the rug at all, so I’m happy about this purchase.

Love!! Exactly like the picture. I will say that I can’t see it lasting more than a couple of years because if you walk across it often or having dining chair scooting against it the woven material comes undone in certain places. They probably should have used glue or something while weaving it to keep the pieces together for a longer time. It looks amazing though and really adds a nice bohemian touch.

I wanted to purchase another lovely rug for my mother's dining room. We have very simular taste in regard to decorating and I wanted to surprise her. I had the details in mind so, the vision was crystal clear. I typed in a few of the details in the website's search bar and many beautiful rugs popped up. I found this handmade jute rug in a medium sand tone...exactly what I had in mind. It was also available in an oval shape! That shape enhanced the design of the dining room table! The color tones in the material will always keep the carpet looking clean while pulling the colors( in the room ) together nicely. Now...I have looked in several carpet stores and searched many other websites to absolutely no avail. I was a bit hesitant about searching the Wayfair site as I had made a prior unrelated significant purchase and did not want to exceed my current budget. I knew that I would find what I was looking for at Wayfair but, didn't want to fall in love with a rug only to realize that it was totally out of my budget. I can honestly say that Wayfair constantly has sales and will have a rug to suit any taste and budget. Most of all, the quality of every rug that I have purchased from Wayfair is amazing! I tend to change decor about once a year and have rotated my carpets as well. The style of this carpet will never appear out dated and the value may increase due to the fact that it is handmade. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. ❤❤❤
