Returning a rug that doesn’t actually look like it’s pictures is both costly (you pay return shipping) AND the most convoluted return process I have been experienced. Also, the customer service line seems to be not working as well. I certainly do not recommend.

I love texture and color so this reversible rug is ideal. I placed it in the laundry room, which is also the entry to the garage. With all the fabric fibers, lint and dust that quickly accumulates, this rug keeps the floor looking great between vacuuming. I placed a woven laundry basket in the room so now this pass-through laundry room actually has some style like the rest of the house. Very pleased with the price, the look and the functionality.

Flatweave feels nice under bare feet.

Not what we expected

This is a great rug but not what we expected from the online photos. The strips of colored fabric are much more prominent than we thought and gave it more of a "country" vibe than we could use. Unfortunately, we sent it back. Quality, however, seemed very good.

Love the colors and pattern. Soft under feet. Unfortunately, already unraveling after a week! What a huge bummer!!

I ordered this rug for my entry. The rug specifications said it was .25” which was important to ensure my front door would clear the rug when opened. I really like the rug, however there is no way it is only 14” thick. I was not able to use the rug where I needed it and had to rethink its placement. My recommendation for others considering this rug is that as long as you don’t have to worry about its thickness, you will probably love the rug. On another note I realized that the rug can be used on either side, which gives it more versatility.

This rug is really lovely. The blue is present and we like it! the edges are finished and sturdy which is great because we put it in a rental cottage. In addition, we had issues with local delivery and customer service at Wayfair was knowledgeable and effective. Very happy with this purchase.

Good quality rug but not true to color shown. It has lots of different colors but was not exactly what I was looking for.

Nice looking rug casual rug.

I was not quite sure if I was going to like this rug when we first got it. I never had this type of rug before so I did not want to give it a review. We have had it about 2 months now and I am very happy with it. It's easy to clean and looks good. It was the exact same rugs as other vendors had but the price was better. I would recommend it to friends.

Love it! Great quality. I bought a pad to go under it since it's on hardwood. I love that all of the colors (and there are a lot of colors) are subdued by the natural fibers. It would go anywhere in my home but I put it in the entry.
