Great Bed!

We bought this bed for our granddaughters when they visit. The headboard and footboard arrived damaged. I called Bed Bath & Beyond and they are going to pick up the damaged ones and send out the replacements. The lady I talked to was very helpful! The bed is absolutely beautiful and very sturdy!

Definitely a good buy

Ordered this bed for my 8 year old daughter. She loves it. Added bonus is the additional storage space which there's never enough of. One of the headboards arrived damaged BBB quickly sent replacement.

Nice piece of furniture. Trundle bed fits 6 inch mattress comfortably. Drawers are a bit small but enough for socks and underwear.

Bed from bottom is so fragile,, try to replace they said we going to pay for shipping,, they cannot even repair or give us parts that is brocken,,

Had some missed parts but was able to buy missing parts and along with a little glue went together over a couple of nights with glue drying.

What a great bed!

I love my bed! It is darker in person but it’s beautiful. It’s sturdy, feels like quality materials. The delivery company was so professional too. They wore booties to keep my floor clean and gloves to touch my mattress. They were polite and on time. I only have good things to say. I should have bought the 5 year warranty for $99 but you have to buy it before they deliver it and I didn’t know.

Fairly easy to put together I did it by myself. My son loves it easy to get in and out of. He is excited about having sleep over. My son is 5 and I lay in it with him and read books so I would say its sturdy

Exceeded my expectations!

I searched for months for the best bed to meet my needs and taste. I wanted blue, i wanted fabric and I wanted a classy/mid century look. I usually never buy anything without reading all wonderful reviews and I never write a review but this bed needed me as I needed it. It is beautiful, strong and was a great price. The customer service was very attentive and pleasing to deal with. The bed was not only delivered on time but was assembled and the crew was very nice and careful. Highly recommend this bed if you are hesitant to buy don't be!!

Poor craftsmanship. The bed was delivered with broken/split wood rails for the main bed and broken casters for the bottom trundle. The wood is old and brittle not stained completely. It appears all the unseen pieces are just thrown together. The headboard and the footboard are the most attractive pieces of this bed. I am presently waiting for the replacement parts. We shall see when and what arrives. I chose to keep the bed as I am currently now down one bedroom and really cannot go searching for a replacement. That being said I must comment on the customer service, they truly have been very pleasant and helpful.

Only took 3 hours to put together for one person, expected it to take much longer. Actual bed is made of a cheaper wood and wouldn't recommend for long term use. Bed fits small on the frame but doesn't look bad, would be a lovely guest bed. It's absolutely horrible on carpet, would be much better on a hardwood.

Love the Bed

We just setup the trundle bed and I love it! The only issues that I had are with one box and how it was shipped. Some of the parts were in one box without protection- some parts were scuffed and one wheel was broken off ( I fixed with screws). I will have to purchase a scuff stick to remove the dents that were made from not being protected in shipping.

Be Warned!

We purchased this bed for my 3 year old son. We wanted a trundle in a dark brown finish- and this bed seemed to fit the bill. When the bed arrived (2 months later), the box said it was a Cherry finish. However, when we purchased the bed, the specifications said it was a Cappuccino finish. Also,you do not have a color option with this bed. So, I assumed the Cappuccino finish would probably look like what was pictured. When we took the bed out of the box that said Cherry finish, the bed was literally orange. It didn't even look like Cherry. NFM was helpful in the fact that they returned the bed since the website should not have said Cappuccino, but rather Cherry. However, if you decide to purchase the bed and think it will look like the picture, it will NOT. The Cherry finish is practically orange!
