Missing pieces
Starting putting together. Parts seem pretty sturdy so far. Unfortunately, discovered the box is missing three of the steps to the ladder. Instead, we have two extra pieces of other parts. No one picked up at phone number on front instructions so left message. Also emailed support. I really want to like this product, but this is really an inconvenience.

Do not assemble solo. I tried to and ended up slightly damaging some of the pieces because no one was holding them and they fell when I was on the other end. The manufacturer needs change the position of one hole on the end slats because it does not line up when you are screwing them in. Otherwise, this is a well built bed and I would recommend it.

Suits my needs to maximize the very space I have. Good quality, I'm about 200lbs and its very durable. I opted for this loft due to the fact it's weight capacity is 500lbs. Instructions were easy to read.

We bought 2 of these for our daughters. The size was exactly as stated, and they went together very easy. Beautiful color! Only issue: wood is not labeled! Be very sure which piece is where it should be! Some of the slats were a little too short and that made screwing them in a bit hard.
