The top started to warp and it's kind of curved now. Not sturdy too.

I have already submitted a quite favorable review for Wayfair and the overall shopping experience, so I will not repeat in this review. My issue with the purchase of this particular product (Alviva Solid Wood folding desk - from Contemporary Living) centers on two items regarding product assembly:

I got this desk for my mother in law who has limited space in her room. It is a beautiful desk but was slightly too big for the intended space. I chose to keep it for myself and use it as a secondary desk in my bedroom. The only con is that it is a little too wobbly for everyday use. Suits my need and I recommend it to anyone who needs a light folding desk.

This is the perfect desk for a small room. Plenty of space for a laptop, keyboard and mouse. You can fold it to store or leave it up and put a few office supplies in the back.

Quality Table!

Very nice and well made table. Highly recommend!

This was much too high to be a desk. On top of that, it came damaged, with the paint scratched off in three places.

The desk is great. I didn’t want something permanent and it doesn’t have to be. I can free up the space at any time. I like leaving it out though. I use it almost everyday. It’s very unique. It’s like an oversized TV tray with room for your feet. Of course; a lot nicer than a TV tray! I’m very glad I purchased it!

I like this desk but it started snapping and it warped out of nowhere and I can now see the cracks going across the top.

pretty good- reasonable price, not ugly, a little too smelly but it fades, folds up, just fine. no disasters.

Exactly what we wanted. We have a small home and so we try to make all our spaces versatile. I love that these can fold away but look really nice (and not cheap) when in use.
