Great Product After a Few Damaged Exchanges

I love love love the sheet pans- how easy they are to clean, they’re super non-stick, and I feel much safer using these pans over your traditional non-stick. They’re also beautiful! That said, I had to return and re-order the pans THREE times because the sheet pans came damaged in the mail. One set was scuffed, second had a chip in the coating, and the third set had a dent in the bottom. I wouldn’t have cared so much if these were lower quality pans, but because they come with a higher price tag, my expectations were higher. Caraway was kind and mostly made it up to me, but their quality control processes need a HUGE review. If 75% of the products you send are imperfect AND carry a luxury price tag, each item that leaves the warehouse should be perfect.
