I really love my grill pan. Food doesn't stick and I'm able to get a good sear.
Cast iron grill pan
Foods really stick when cooking. It's actually not that easy to clean either. I hate to say it, but my non-stick grill pan does a better job than this cast iron one. Only reason I gave it an extra star is because it doesn't have the harmful chemicals of non-stick.

Great product. I made burgers multiple times, came out so well! Very easy to clean , no rust, no special care needed before first use and not sticky. Comes with organizer is an addition. Thank you Caraway for the new product.

The pan I never knew I needed?!
This pan was my first experience cooking with cast iron and BOY have I been missing out!! This cooked my steaks to absolute perfection and the clean up was a BREEZE, as always with my Caraway cookware. It is well worth the purchase - you won't regret it!!
Great Grill Pan!
Easy to use, clean and cooks evenly. The instructions that came with it for those that do not have any knowledge of cast iron is helpful. I have several Cast Iron pans from other brands and this one is very pretty as well. the only thing I would add to the pan is a silicone handle cover that works with Cast Iron. I had one but for 1st timers that would be helpful.
