Headboard came with a whole in it

The box was ripped and the leather part had a whole, I reported it and I was told they would replace it, waited 2 weeks called again no report was received now I was told I have to send everything back dressers and bed, waited this long for this solution, very disappointed not to mention the delivery person left my items in the yard not even brought it inside the building

Please don't waste ur money nor time !

Horrible quality , the wood is very cheap wood and it was rotten and the set up with returns is crazy. I will never ever order from here again !

Good looking, solid bed has stood the test of time

Much better looking in my room than I could have imagined. Solid, sturdy...has withstood quite a bit of activity and all the joints are snug, no movement, squeeking, etc. All the parts were in the box and it went together rather quickly and without issue. I did back it up to a wall with a bit of foam weatherstripping along the headboard to give it extra support as a preventative measure since me and my partner like to sit-up in bed and lean against the headboard and the headboard attachment was probably the weakest part of the bed structurally. It's been a year since I purchased and it still looks and performs like new.

The wood seems to be of low in qualify. It broke in half and had to return.

Carlton Cappuccino and Black Upholstered Bed?

It is a very nice head and foot board , masculine, I ordered it for my brother he loves it. He already had a set but wanted a different bed frame, the color matched perfectly .

I can't really give a review since all I got was the bed rails delivered. They looked nice! Hopefully after I get my full order I can elaborate more.

Don't Purchase Cheap Quality Poorly Finished

Cheap quality sagging mattresses. Purchased extra support bars and spent more money to add support. The bed frame started cracking where support bars are laid. Worst thing Nebraska can't do anything about it. It was a Ready To Assemble ( RTA ) product so No return and No Exchange allowed. Waste of money on something we need to replace right away

Cheap materials, Coaster provides no warranty.

Looks nice but, it's a garbage particle board bed. Not even real wood all the way through, super thin, cheap materials. One of the side slats showed up with a small crack you could feel, but wasn't highly visible, and then deeply split with the lightest tap to seat it. This might be worth a *** bux for a kids bed, and it certainly looks nice.. But for adults, who might actually use it? I do not recommend. I contacted Coaster, the manufacture, and they have zero warranty or support and instructed me to contact the store where I bought it. Hopefully over stock can get there money back from Coaster. I will not be buying anything else from that brand.

Love this bed frame! The headboard has a nice comfortable cushion and the bed frame is sturdy.

Nice Bedframe but not sturdy

The frame is a nice bed frame but the wooden pieces it came with is not sturdy enough for a king size bed. We kept the frame but had to insert our own wooden pieces to make the bed sturdy. This frame only comes with four small wooden plates that does not hold up the bed.

Solid and sturdy

Solid and sturdy. My only issue is the extra space in between my mattress and the footboard, so I have to stuff pillows in between to keep the mattress from sliding
