Order not received - unhelpful customer service

My order never arrived. Says delivered and never got it. Customer service was very unhelpful and told me to check the neighbors to see if it was delivered there. It wasn’t.

Dissappointed

I was excited about this rug when I initially purchased it. I have pets so it is important for me to have a washable rug. The first time I washed the rug it got ruined in the washer (I did not run it though the dryer). So this seems to be a very low quality washable rug.

Poor quality

It looks very cheap (yes, it is a cheap price and it looks it) . Looks like it was printed on a printer that doesn’t print clear. The material is also hard and scratchy. Considering returning.

Fun design

Design looks as pictured. It’s very thin, which was expected since it’s washable. This also means it is somewhat slippery on our laminate floors, but I just bought an inexpensive rug pad from Ross to put under it. I haven’t washed it yet, but it vacuums well. My only real concern is that I’ve had it out for almost two weeks and it doesn’t lay completely flat. I’m feeling like it may never lay completely flat due to the thinness. It just sort of ripples in areas. You can sort of see this along one edge in the picture. That was taken after I tried my best to smooth everything out as much as possible. Not a huge deal, but not necessarily what I had hoped. I also included a close up picture to see how the contrasting parts of the design look. It is just sort of printed onto the fabric. Overall, I think it’s a cute rug and hopefully it washes up well when the time comes.
