Defective rug

I love the rug except the rug is defective in one area. I reached out the the quality control team and my options are to either cut it, hot glue it or pay a fee to return it! Not very great service. Up until now I have really recommended this rug and your company on social media but I don’t think that I will be buying again from Boutiquerugs.

Loving the texture and simplicity of this rug. I have a small living space and it elevated my look as a neutral accent. Added a rug pad for more cushion. Soft under your feet.

I bought 4 rugs from Boutique and I love them. Really gave my house a fresh look!

Wrong color

Colors say white and black. However, when I received the rug, I noticed the darker color is actually blue. If the colors were as described then I would’ve been very happy with the rug! However, the blue does not go with the color scheme of my room so I went ahead with the return process.

Received quickly and color is as advertised. It's texture is nice to walk and looks good in my bedroom under my bed on my hardwood floors.

Unique Pattern and Design!

The Carolina rug is beautiful. I don't yet know how it will hold up, or if it sheds, but the rug looks just like the photos on the website. The texture is beautiful. There are black threads beneath the off white but they are very subtle and give the rug a nice dimension. I love the pattern and the quality, at least in terms of looks and feel. I think it straddles a variety of styles so it is very versatile.

Stylish and practical
