Poor Quality

These chairs look sharp, but the metal backing is not durable. We have felt pads for easy sliding on our floor, yet two of the chairs have already cracked from normal dining usage.

Disappointing

While these chairs looked nice and went together well, after only 15 months 2 of 4 are broken. These are not heavily used chairs. And 2 different weld joints broke. For the cost of them this was disappointing.

We bought 4 of these chairs and while they looked nice and I thought they were good quality 2 broke after light use just 15 months after purchasing. Each chair had a different weld joint break.

Very solid, looks exactly like photos.

Can't recommend

We had these chairs for about a month when the metal legs started to bow. The back of the chair ended up breaking off from the seat (the metal part, not screws or wood). The metal is very pliable and doesn't hold up to normal wear. NFM refunded me for these once I told them of the defect.They were easy to put together and looked great and were even comfortable. Bummer.

Good Looking Poor Construction

I bought 14 of these chairs over the course of 1 year for our vacation rental. The legs are metal and not structurally strong, they bend hopelessly, one leg snapped in half and the backs fall off. The metal legs scratch the floor unless you find just the right size silicone cover (odd size not easy). They look good but save your money. I sadly just ordered a different set of chairs. Very disappointed.

Sturdy, easy to clean

I bought 4 of these and am happy with them. They stand up to my 1 year old. We did have to buy caps for the legs because they were scratching the wood floor.

The chairs look nice once assembled. I like the color and they seem pretty sturdy. The cons that I experienced are 1) they are not the dark color pictured, they are the lighter one. It says "grey" which I thought they were referring to the metal and the stain. I ended up liking the contrast, so it was a happy mistake. 2.). They will be wobbly unless everything is screwed in very tight, tighter than the flimsy Allen wrench included can accomplish. Not a huge deal. 3.) they are small. Not too small, just not big. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Love these chairs! Excellent quality, handsome looking and very sturdy. I bought 4 chairs and I am very happy with this purchase. These chairs are awesome and very easy to put together! Highly recommended!!!

They look as good as the photo

I ordered these for my office. They look as good as the photo. The foam on top is very firm and nicely upholstered. I recommend keeping the wrench on hand that comes with the benches in case you ever need to tighten the legs again.

Nice--simple but solid design. Easy to assemble.

Very attractive, not super sturdy side to side.

The cut of the wood and stain are a great mix of shape and texture and have a modern but warm look. Unfortunately the design of the chair focused a bit too much on creating a contrast between thin frame and thick body, and the chairs are not very sturdy. In particular, they are pretty flexible in side to side movement. Flexible enough that I wouldn't stand on these to fix a light bulb.

Decent

Fairly simple to assemble. They look good from a distance but up close the material seems more like a man made resin than weathered wood. I was expecting a more organic look and feel for the price.

Exactly as described and picture. Excellent addition to my breakfast nook!!! Great grains in the wood well matched against the metal legs.
