Captivating blend of deep texture & tribal pattern

The rug is gorgeous, thick and it's hard to keep my kids and small dogs from rolling around on it. Expect shedding because that's what wool rugs do, nothing a quick vacuum can't solve. The color combination brings my room together and it gets lots of compliments from guests.

Beware - Problematic Packaging/Return

I ordered the 9x12” rug and it arrived folded - not rolled. Instructions on the outside said to lay it out flat for 24 hours with no furniture in it. That was impossible to do since it was being used for a studio apartment. I did not unpack the rug and called to ask for a return label only to learn that I could not ship it back. It had to be returned to the store - the rug weighs 76 pounds and the closest Lowe’s is 30 mins away and I don’t have a car. Even the customer service rep felt bad but there was nothing she could do. This isn’t rocket science - just send me a FedEx label. But Lowe’s refused to do so and would not even accept the rug if I shipped it back myself. Will never buy from them again. Rug is shedding, creased and useless. Buyers beware!

Comfortable and Plush

Beautiful well-made rug that was perfect for our space. The cream color is accurate to the photo. Ours arrived folded rather than rolled so took a couple weeks for creases to disappear. Like many (all?) wool rugs, it will take a while for the natural scent to dissipate. It will also shed a bit over the first several vacuums. Recommended!

The color is definitely a yellow tone. I purchased the ivory and had to return it as it clashed with our white accents in the home. The rug itself was thick and plush, really nice to walk on.

We've had this rug nearly 8 years. The canvas "trim" around the perimeter on the underside came unglued, but easily reattached with carver tape. When the rug gets matted we rinse it off in the yard with a hose, dry it in the sun, and it fluffs right back!

Soft but Sheds

The rug is extremely soft and plush. But I've had it for about a year and it still sheds. And sheds....and sheds some more. I have little wool tumble weeds that blow all over my house from the rug. If it weren't so soft I would probably have gotten rid of it ages ago.

Great for living room and bedroom

We originally bought this rug for our family room, we loved it so much we bought another one for the guest room. It's super soft and plush looks fantastic for the price!

Luxury rug

This is a nice thick rug that screams luxury. We've had it for over 5 years withstanding multiple spills, kids, a cat and a dog. Eventually it starts to lay too flat in a high traffic area. We've had it in a living room but I think it's actually perfect for a bedroom.

Beautiful area rug! It's soft and the pattern is so universal that it works with every decor concept. Only two things people you should know. 1) it will shed. Most new carpets shed. It's expected for the first couple of weeks. 2) at the start, it looked a little more ivory than we wanted, but that was fixed by running the vacuum to lift the carpet. Lighting also matters, in darker spaces it will look more ivory than off white. Overall great buy

I purchased a 9x12 for my bedroom this past winter. It's super plush and nice to walk on. It shed for the first few weeks, but nothing obnoxious. It's a nice pattern- enough for you to notice, but not the star of the show. Would recommend- I'm happy with this purchase. Planned to roll it up for summer but decided against it since we both really like it.

Color is more yellow cream, less ivory cream

The rug color is much more cream/yellow than cream/ivory. Shag pile is leans more like sheepskin texture but is soft. The pile is too high plus the color; so will have to return.
