Inexpensive and does the job

I'm using this is a 40gal saltwater tank. It seems to be working fine holding a 78 degree temp. I am noticing that it keeps the tank about 1-2 degrees cooler than what is set on the dial. It also makes a fairly audible click when the thermostat kicks on and off. All in all, good functionally for the price.

Cascade Heater for My Turtle Tank

The heater last day of working, December 2023. I purchase this heater back in July 2022. Good life scan, but now I need to order another. I tried changing outlets, but have to come to the conclusion the heater is burned out. I will purchase another

I was very concerned when the shipping box came in. The heater box was sticking out of the top of the shipping box by a little over two inches and part of the heater box was crushed. After I got it open the heater looked fine, plugged it in and it has kept a consist and accurate temperature for the last three days. I think it will be OK.

Works ok

This does work ok, ( within 2 degrees) but it is very load and hard to change the temperature if you need higher than 76. You can hear when it comes on and turns off. It is very, very annoying.

Didn't last

Very difficult to adjust temperature. Didn't consistently keep temperature at setting. Now broken a year later.

Heater for aquarium

Good and warm up the tank it takes about 18 hours to 24 for it to warm it up but it's good it's always better to buy a bigger aquarium heater for the tank. I got a 40 gallon and I got a 200 watts but I should of gotten a 300 but oh well I like it and it does the job right

Nice economical heater

In recent years it's been difficult to find a good all-around aquarium heater that is reasonably priced. This one fits the requirement and so far it has been working perfectly. Thanks, Chewy! I'd buy it again!

Stopped working

Bought in April, it’s is now may and it stopped working. It worked amazing at first but for some reason I kept having to turn it up everyday day till it’s cranked all the way up and my water kept getting cold. Sad
