Buyer be aware...

These chairs are inexpensive and we understood the quality would be corresponding on the lower side. These expections were met, and in general, we were satisified with our purchase. However, the packaging and shipping of the chairs was extremely dissappointing. The chairs came two per box and we recieved three boxes of which two were marred . The insufficent packing didn't protect the product resulting in three chairs being damaged. One front leg on each chair was bent, one severely enough that it is barely usable and the legs on the other two are not in balance. Furthermore, the leather was noticeably blemished in a small area of one chair. We are not sure what to, i.e. if me go to the cost and effort of sending them back for replacement, we are afraid the same issue will occur. Buyer be aware and we would be pleased if Safavieh or BB&B would contact us about this. FYI... I planned on uploading pictures, but when I try to so, an error notice indicates the photo pixels need to be at least 600 x 600. Not sure how to change the current 640 x 480 pixels to that.
