I love the chairs but the delivery service is terrible. Only 1/2 our order was delivered and the tracking has shown it is out for delivery for over a week. I can’t find any phone numbers to call and no one has responded to emails I have sent. Very frustrated

Love everything about the stools as far as value, quality, and care in shipping. My only complaint would be the difficulty we had putting the stools together. The holes for the screws did not line up properly, so it took two of us about 30-45 minutes per stool, to put together. One of the screws became stripped out b/c the alignment was so bad, so we will have to replace that one. Otherwise, the stools seem very sturdy and are exactly as pictured. Very nice quality for the price.
