This was the perfect fit for what we needed. The lights look amazing and made a big difference in our kitchen.

Normally, I love Wayfair products. I bought two of these lights specifically because the product image had rods, not chains. To my surprise, they had long chains that have to be cut to length to be installed. You can find similar items at a much cheaper price point if you’re going for that chain look. I let customer service know that it doesn’t match the description, and they sent me a 10% discount. Within the same day, I told them instead of the discount I want a full return/refund so I can get more appropriate ones. They declined this because they had already “resolved this case” with the discount and dismissed me. I called twice and they are giving me the run around and dismissing me again. I now have to keep these expensive lights which are not as pictured and am out $400. Keep in mind this was part of a $1500 order. On top of that, I will have to purchase new lights elsewhere. Idk if it’s just this one customer service rep, but it’s extremely poor customer service. That being said, If you like the chain look, you will love the product. But if you don’t, beware because customer service will not help you get your money back.
