Better that we expect!
This Zebra Shade has better quality than expected (materials and assembly). It was a pretty straightforward DIY installation process. This shade supplies the right amount of light when shut, but the zebra system easily allows more light like we wanted.

I have been selling custom window treatments for 20 years and these shades are wonderful for the price! I bought them for temporary shades until I can order the plantation shutters I had planned on using in our new home. I was pleasantly surprised as they are almost identical to their high end counterparts in operation. If you are conscience of fabric feel, then spend your money on the high end shades from Graber or Levelor/Hunter Douglas. They are easy to install and easy to operate. I highly recommend if you're on a budget or just need something for a little used room.

Shades=Beautiful/Modern Quality=Suspect
The shades are beautiful, but are of suspect quality. The threading at the top is coming slightly apart on most of the blinds; I cut the loose ends with scissors.I ordered 7 total in two separate orders and 2 of them were defective. One was completely detached from the rolling portion of the shade and the other was ripped in the back. I really question the durability of these shades. However, they look modern and the 5 that were successfully installed work great. Walmart is allowing me to return the defective shades and covered the shipping label costs otherwise I would have been Irate.
