POOR QUALITY. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM SAFAVIEH - Ordered 6. Both electricians could not get one to align properly. The backplate and lantern are cockeyed, and there is not enough slack in the light to make it align. Reached out to Safavieh, they asked me to fill out a lengthy form, send pictures, and document everything, then declined to offer an help. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
