Duplicate Order Confirmation

Rugs.com was unable to fulfill one of my orders due to a duplicate order concern on the order. As a result of that confirmation, the rug I ordered was no longer available. Rugs.com extended a $50 credit to my account as an apology for the error. They went above and beyond and for that I am grateful.

Thick pile.

Very bright colors and thick, which is a problem for my cheap closet doors opening on fringe. Strongest tape only works for a few weeks and curls. Would live better if it were thinner.

Very pretty rug and colors work nicely with my hardwood floors. I use by my sliding glass door to protect floors from foot traffic. I didn't want to invest hundreds of dollars in something that would get soiled. I will see in a few months how it holds up to spot cleaning. So far, so good. This was a great solution.

Beautiful area runner

Wanted to cover the carpet in front of the bedrooms. This is a good quality beautiful runner. Unfortunately have to return it because it is smaller. Will be ordering bigger from them

PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS

I had to purchase a couple of rug runners due to the fact that my older dog was having difficulty getting up from my tile floors...she had nothing to get a grip on. I choose 2 of these Charlestown Rugs due to the colours and beautiful pattern. They are quite the statement pieces and both myself and my doggie are very happy with this purchase.

I would give it a five star if it would lay flat. It’s only been on floor for 10 days but there are still a couple ripples in it from being rolled up.
