Great Rug - wrong color, high return shipping costs

I was ordering the Champagne, Blue Recife round rug. What I received was the Indigo color, which did not coordinate with the existing patio furnishings - and therefore was returned. BEWARE: be absolutely sure you can confirm what you are ordering as return shipping costs are incredibly high. Unless a swatch is available, it is unlikely that I will purchase another item as the return shipping was half the original cost of the rug - even with Rugs.direct shipping deals with Fed Ex. Disappointing as there are so many wonderful items offered on this website.

I ordered several rugs of different sizes, but same design, for my kitchen. Am waiting for the last one to arrive so haven't put them all down yet. Also bought two Luxehold rug pads - one for in front of the sink and one for in front of the stove. The 7'3" rug needed time to straighten out but the others have not been a problem. I'm happy with the rugs that I've received. However, the pads are supposed to stay put on wood flooring but I find this is not the case in high traffic areas like the kitchen. I'll have to find a tape to keep them from moving. The thickness of the pads is good and I hope that will help with leg and back pain that comes from standing a long time. I've used Rugs Direct in the past and have not had any delivery problems and Customer Service has always been helpful.

I ordered this small saddlestitch

I ordered this small saddlestitch rug in order to determine if the new taupe color will work for our needs. I have purchased this rug through the years for exterior porches, a family room, a den, a sewing room, and for runners to protect kitchen hardwood floors. I have had it in black, terracotta, green and cocoa.

We do like this rug!

We have ordered many and numerous sizes of this rug over a couple of years. We do like it alot and the prices at RugsDirect are the very best. The one complaint we have is the rugs are always delivered wound up on very small cardboard roll and it takes many days if not weeks for them to be smooth. We lay them out in a unused room and have to put books and heavy magazines on them. After that, they are fine and will continue to lay flat. Might be a manufacturer's production method.

Great for use in our main floor guest bathroom

Online it looks like a solid color with a lot of texture, but it actually has natural colored "lines" that run through it giving it more of a pattern. Great indoor/outdoor rug that will work perfectly in our bathroom. We have used a rug pad under it to give it more cushion. We did have to attach double sided tap between the rug and the pad, however, to keep the rug from slipping off of the pad due to the small size of the rug. Would recommend.
