Mirror arrived bent and had a few minor defects. Nice mirror outside of that. Called the store and they offered to ship a new mirror or a partial refund. Great customer service.

I ordered a black mirror and it arrived with a crack and was warped. I ordered a replacement one which they offered for free. That mirror was also warped. I was planning on hanging this mirror and with it warped, it will not lay flat along the wall. I do not want the product and they offered me a 20% wayfair credit, unless I wanted to ship it back which is NOT a realistic option. Not acceptable!!

To be honest I was a little skeptical to buy something from a website I have never heard of but I was totally blown away! I was amazed at how well my mirror was packaged and there wasn’t a single scratch on the frame or mirror itself. I bought this in white and it goes perfectly in my bedroom. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would 100% recommend this product!
