Description says chip resistant. Not accurate.
Beautiful cups however, the description says they don't chip. Mine did when the cup barely bumped another cup in the dishwasher.

Love the style, of these! They are a step above other mugs. We are using them as corporate gifts and feel that they are unique from regular mugs.
Just the right size to cradle in the palm of your hand. If you sip your hot beverage rather than gulp this size cup never gets cold. Nice irregular edge to give it a handmade look but not too rustic or primitive. Just unique.

Love these mugs. Perfect size, the finish and design are earthy yet contemporary. They wash extremely well, no chips after several months. Got some white ones to mix in with. My daughter loves them too.
