Poorly made even poorer customer service. The quality is quite cheap and arrives completely in assembled. Like the tracks arwbt even on the drawers. Absolutely sub par for prices charged. Save your money and buy different products from a different company

Two to assemble at least one professional

It is very important to know that you will need two people to assemble and at least one needs to have a very good u deranging of how to assemble furniture. If not for my boyfriend I never could have done this. It took us 7 hours. Product is amazing, beautiful and well made. Not small but lost two stars because of how incredibly tedious it was to assemble. Out of all the furniture I purchased for my house this was the longest to assemble. There are probably a hundred screws. No exaggeration. See pics!!

Love the final product. Difficult to assemble.

I do love this dresser/organizer! But as most people have said, there are more parts than you can even imagine. Thankfully my daughter, who also has one, encouraged me to hire someone. I could not have put it together. The size of the drawers are perfect and it is lovely to look at. I purchased the grey and it s like it is neutral.

Too them 3 months to get replacement for the damaged edages and missing board then after I built it I notice there was a SMASHED CORNER RIGHT IN THE RIGHT FRONT VORNER EDGE TOP WHERE THE GLASS IS BEING HELD. CALLED THEM THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR PARTS AND SHIPPING..I HAD TO LEAVE IT AS IS BECAME IT WAS ALREADY BUILT WITH GLUE.

Received damaged on the edages and front corner

Couldnt built it till I received the right Boards that were damaged Took Months to receive replacement parts after many calls and emails and still ended up with the FRONT CORNER DENTED because I couldnt see that was damaged too cause it took months to get the parts I knew about the FRONT GLASS TOP was covered with cardboard so I didnt get to see there was damage there too! Call them up and your lucky if they even answer and the girl said I would have to pay for the parts plus shipping. Oh WARNING SLIDDERS are always defective and brake when pshing drawers in went through a dozen of them in my other Slay Station that took 6 month to get properly replace after calling CEO Management office since the regular Impressions Vanity number for customer service are all incompetent

Absolutely love my products! Shipment was super fast with Fed Ex tracking and it was packaged so well to ensure nothing got damaged! Instructions could be better but there is always YouTube!

Scam

This is what I paid for, and the puc is what I received. Obviously it's not the right thing which I only realized when I got a message to review it. Now the company will only refund me or send new item if I return in the original box in unused condition, Obviously that can't happen and they know it and they still refuse to help. This company is a scam, do not buy from a place that has no customer service, the number doesn't work, there are numerous complaints on BBB. This company is a scam!!!!! Do not buy here!!

Bright White is Purple Apparently

I purchased the bright white unit. However, it's lavender and sits out like a sore thumb in my white beauty room. I contacted customer service and was told it was my problem. They will not replace nor pay for return shipment, This place is a fraud. Don't buy this unit in bright white. I purchased 3 bright white items. This one was lavender out of the 3.

Product is nice instructions were terrible and way too many pieces to assemble. Assembly should be offered when purchasing

Beautiful

I thought this came assembled unfortunately it wasn’t. It came in a million pieces

Only three stars because some of the drawers had scrapes on them and being that it’s finished coating it looked tacky! someone had to notice this and still sent it out. But since it was inside the drawer on the back end I decided to keep it because it would have been a hassle to send back. The instructions were confusing at some points but I managed to put it together and the finish product is nice on the outside.

My Whites don’t match

It was my fault but the white vanity I got from them and the bright white this thing were the wrong colors to match, completely my fault. But I did t notice till after they were built.

Super Cute!

Way heavier and sturdier than expected. Looks nice in my closet and holds a lot. Very pleased.

I love the whole vanity except for the height it could be a little taller. Other than that it’s perfect.
