Cubicle Coat Hook

This cubicle hook did not match the specs listed. It was supposed to be 3 1/2" wide and is about 2" or less. I will be returning the item as well.

Cube width

According to the specs, this hook is supposed to fit cubes 3 1/2" wide and it states the hook is 4 7/10" wide. Reality is the maximum width this hook will expand is 2 1/2" so it's definitely misrepresented in the description. I will be returning since it's not what I need or ordered (according to the description.

[Rewarded Review] Seems sturdy just not wide enough for my needs

This seemed like it was sturdy and would work well. Except that the cubical walls at my work are SUPER wide. Evidentially they are much wider than any others, So this was too narrow even though it was the widest I found. Office depot made the return easy even though it was no fault of the product or them. Just measure well before ordering.

Bought 2 of these. One to hold a headset and the other for jackets. Took some maneuvering but fit over the cubicle wall and holds snugly. Holds items securely and blends in with the decor.

Great Product! plus rebuttal

I just got a bunch of these for our office. Was worried after reading other reviews about size issues, but found the solution!

Wrong size quoted in listing

This looks like it would have been a great product for my need, however, the cubicle walls in our office are 3 inches thick and this will only expand to 2-1/2 inches. The item detail page indicates that this will expand to 3-1/2 inches and that is not correct.

To walk from the parking lot to our office we sometimes have to walk through rain. We have notice that these hanger dry our coats faster while hanging, compaired to just letting lay on something. the keep our office organized . We love them and do recommend them They make our office day better

The measurements are fine.

I thought it was too short until I noticed the other slot that allowed me to flip it around to fit larger cubicles. Works fine.

[Rewarded Review] Prefect for our cubes

Purchase a month ago to give our cubical employees a place to hang their coat and jackets at work. Our cube walls are about 2” thick and these fit well. They seem to be built well and have shown sturdy enough to support heavy winter coats.

Inaccurate Measurement Listing

Bought these based on the measurements listing they would fit over a 3 inch cubicle wall. the issue was the wall is 3 inches wide and the hook is 3 inches wide as well when you measure the outside and not the inside that needs to slip over the wall so a more accurate measurement is 2 14/16. So it does not work for me.

Great cubical coat hangers. I bought them again and again.

DO NOT BUY - NOT AS ADVERTISED

My office partition is 3" wide and this partition coat hanger was suppose to fit that. IT DID NOT - NOT EVEN CLOSE. THIS IS A FALSELY ADVERTISED ITEM.

NOT PER SPEC - OPENING IS INCORRECT

The correct opening adjustment of the coat hook is 1.5 to 2.25 inches. It won't work on panels that are 2-5/8".

Flimsy

This feels really cheap, I'm afraid to hang a heavy coat on it. I don't expect it will last long. The top has a screw for you to loosen so you can expand or reduce the part that sits over the top of your cubicle wall. On the widest setting, it still barely fits. If I need to order more coat hangers for employees, I'll probably choose a different one.

Can confirm, they fit!

Very easy to use, adjustable and sturdy. The top part a slotted piece of plastic held in place by a screw that lets you adjust to the width of your cubicle wall. If you unscrew it completely and flip the plastic around, it can go from 1.5" all the way up to 3.5".

IT DOES FIT

Many reviews say these don't expand as big as they say, but you have to turn the L bracket around to the longer side for when you have thicker cubicle walls. Works great!
