Great cart!

Love these carts. Have two and thinking about a third. They are well designed and manufactured with precision. I had no trouble putting them together.

I would buy again

The Studio Designs storage cart was an addition to our existing vintage Alvin taboret in our design office. The SD cart was competitively priced against the hoard of Barbie storage carts on line but the quality of the SD cart made our purchase a worthy one. It shipped safely, was easy to assemble (with accurate pre-drilled holes), and in less than 1 hour, we were rewarded with some sturdiness that should last. Best yet... unlike the others, the drawers have stops and will not (frustratingly) slide out on onto the floor! A winner for us. Thank you Blick!

This product is being used for my watercolor tubes, containers, and such. It was easy to put together, everything was there and all the pre-drilled holes were in the right places. The rollers work fine, and I would recommend this to a friend.

I ordered this Studio Designs Storage Cart-4 Drawer Organizerfor use in my studio. My preferred medium is " Soft Pastels".This item is perfect for storing my pastels once I lined the 4 drawers with foam padding. It's size and sturdiness make it an ideal addition to my small studio space.There's nothing wrong with it in my estimation....it is exactly what Ihad hoped for.

These are a versatile addition to an art studio

I bought one of these and it's deep drawer cousin several years ago. They are great for storing my art supplies and decided to get two more. The assembly is easy. It does take a little time but the instructions are well thought out. Be sure to follow them, step by step. While they are not sturdy enough to sit on, they are very versatile. I roll one around for my palette table. I use one for my still life studies.

Nice cart

It was fairly easy to assemble and the size and height are what I needed.

Very sturdy

I bought one (4 drawer) and liked it so well I got the 3 drawer. I took the idea from another review and wrap my smaller pieces of fabric on cardboard then stand them up in the drawers. It gives me extra room and I can see all the colors and patterns. So far I really like them!

4 drawer cart

My only complaint is the cart isn't as stable as I would have liked but it helped me get some of my supplies organized and it journeys from one room to the next as I need it. Takes a bit of time to put together with manual tools and a lot less with power tools.

Perfect for my needs

I bought the 4-drawer model to hold my fabric stash and huge amount of fat quarters. The fat quarters fit standing up perfectly! No wasted space. It's also the right size to fit under my long arm. Assembly was easy and the quality is excellent. I just ordered 4 more, 2 of each model.

not the best quality

The drawers are not on a track so they fall out when you open them. I would not have purchased it if I had known this. The cart is not stable and wobbles.

Nice rolling cart, sleek and attractive

The Studio design "furniture" is well made and easy to assemble; unlike some brands holes are drilled accurately, parts are identified well and instructions are pretty clear. My one reservation here is the drawers should have a stop to keep them from falling out when fully extended. Get a T-handle metric wrench for easier assembly, too.

Came Defective, Super Agent sent replacement part in two day

My paints and brushes go into these two cabinets. My wife appropriated 3 of the 8 drawers for her painting materials

All style no substance

I was not impressed with these at all. These were purchased to organize my son's Legos and art supplies and I would definitely not purchase them again. 1. I do not like the way the drawers lock and slide into the unit. It's not particularly smooth or stable. 2. The material of the drawers is poor quality. 3. They are not painted, they are shrink coated with a plastic coating so if you snag it in any way, it doesn't just get a little chip or gouge in the paint .... it peels away from the MDF. I do like the design of the unit and they look nice. The frame is good quality and the wheels are great. Wish the drawers measured up.

Organizer was easy to build! It doesn't have those annoying tracks that come with most drawers. The way this was design made it so easy to assemble. It's sturdy and looks great with the rest of the series or art organizers from this manufacturer.

Great Storage Solution!

Very sturdy and roomy. Easy to put together, it just requires time. A drill, instead of a Phillips screw driver, would be a vast help in assembling the easily matched up pieces. I had none and have a wrist problem, so it took me five hours to assemble the cart. The wheels lock and prevent the cart from moving while I cut fabric pieces or steam press on a wool mat with a heavy towel underneath. I use the towel to absorb the moisture from steaming. I would not want to damage the smooth finish or cause it to warp. I am very pleased with this cart, and it stores under my sewing machine table when I am not using it next to my machine to either cut or press. My rotary cutter, scissors, small iron, extension cord, thread, bobbins, pins and needles all find a home in the drawers. Do not hesitate to buy this. I would have expected to pay much more than what I did, but glad I did not! Less

A terrific solution

Needing a taboret for storing materials and tools under my workstation, this seemed to fit the bill when seeing it online. The price made this a terrific bargain. Regardless of the need to assemble every part, it is a solid piece of working furniture that I'm sure will be durable. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the locking mechanisms on the 2 front wheels. I haven't given up yet on figuring it out how they actually lock (they seem to be stuck) but may have to contact the company soon. Have a small phillips-head screw driver available for some of the screws when you assemble.
