Very happy with this mailbox! Took a few hours to get it put together but it’s sturdy and elegant looking.

Just what my wife has been looking for for over 3 years!

I live in a historical neighborhood that has door mailboxes traditionally, and they are making us convert to curbside! This one looks traditional and fits right into our neighborhood. Handyman said that it was easy to install.

The mailbox was perfect. Ordering was very easy and the delivery was timely.

Really attractive. I paid extra for installation. The man who performed the work did a great job. Should be strong enough to survive winter and getting hit by a snowplow.

Great quality and look. Very satisfied. However the option to add installation did not work out. I purchased the installation and the worker tried to charge me more because the install requires digging and a concrete foundation. He then cancelled the job. I let wayfair and handy know that the price and the job description needs to match up appropriately. I ended up getting a neighbor to help do the install instead.

Not worth it. While this is a very aesthetically pleasing mailbox, it came without instructions or the numbers. Seems like a lot of people had this issue. Also one of the bolts to attach the platform to the post did not line up so I could only use one. You will also need a metric Allen wrench, which they do not mention according to other reviews (I wouldn’t know they didn’t even send me instructions). This is way too expensive to have so many issues. Don’t buy this. Still waiting in my numbers…..

The mailbox is high quality, just what I expected. I am very pleased with it. The letters were not included in the box and its going to take a month to receive them, that I am not happy with.
