Ordered 4 of these rugs in different sizes. The navy/cream rug had a lot more blue in it than I saw in the picture. It definitely needs a thick pad under it. The biggest issue is with my 11 x 15 rug that came folded and the creases will not release. It looks like waves on the floor in spite of everything my husband and I have tried. A large rug like this cannot be weighted down as is suggested and have the folds smooth out. I would rather they charged more and shipped these larger rugs rolled.

If you are putting these down on a vinyl or laminate floor, you will need a non-skid pad underneath. This rug will slide on these types of surfaces. The rug looks like the picture, and I am pleased with it.

Pile height not consistent

Ordered this runner in both 2x8' and 2x10' which were shipped from different locations. Both had specified pile height of .39'. The 2x8' carpet was fine, but the pile on the 2x10' was half the height. Both were shipped rolled up, and the 2x10' was almost half the size! Really a nice design, but very disappointed in the overall quality of the item.

I am now tired of all of the surveys that you have sent. Enough is enough!!!!

Great value!

This a super soft rug. It is great for use in an entryway with the varied colors to hide any dirty footprints until cleaning. Colors are as shown and it is more even appealing in person.

Bought this rug for the living room - it goes well with the hardwood, and the patterns nicely hides little stains. It is comfortable and has held up well so far.

Rug is NOT 9X12

I needed this 9x12 rug to cover an existing rug that was built into our hardwood floors. The rug is measuring at 8ft 8 inches, and now it doesn't cover the existing rug. I have already moved all of my furniture, taken old rug out, laid this one down, only to find out that this rug is NOT the dimensions that they claimed it to be. Very frustrated!

Deceiving

I wish I had thoroughly read the reviews prior to purchasing! Initially, the rug is beautiful and bright with a cool undertone. Then, once you step on it or vacuum it, it shifts to a brown color making the carpet look dirty. I purchased this during a sale so it was cheap. So, I'll suck it up for now. However, I will not repurchase and I'm not very happy to have a dirty looking carpet in my living room!
