Sojag Charleston 10 ft. x 10 ft. Wall Solarium

First off I want to say how much I love the sunroom! There are some issues that had to be overcome. First was the side walls leak water when it rains. I used clear liquid silicone which turns to rubber. I put it in the seams inside and out and it seems to have worked. Second was condensation on the ceiling overnight. To fix this a bought a small greenhouse heater to keep the overnight temperature around 50 degrees. So far this has worked. There has been some fun nights with family and friends in the sunroom and hope for many more! 10x10 wall solarium

Very nice but did not realize it was a screened in structure. It looks great though.

I'm enjoying this addition to my townhouse. It fits nicely into the 10X10 patio space that I have and has given me a place to relax at any time of the day. In 90 degree weather it does get very hot and you have to wait until it cools down or use a fan. I can do 80 degrees with the windows open and if the wind blows through it feels nice despite the heat. I had 1 person who is good at putting things like this together install it for me and they worked all day. It's a two person if not three person job. Since it has been up, we've had a storm come through and many days of rain. Caulking has kept the rain out and even when some of the rain sips in it dries up easily. I would have given it five stars but the door lock already fell off and even though I found a different lock the lower part of the door doesn't close completely because the new lock forces the lower part to open up slightly. I'm still trying to figure out what to do. It would be nice if this company can help me fix this problem. Rain and other unwanted creatures find their way in through that open space. The last time the lawn was moored an annoying amount of grass came inside through that hole. I have ordered furniture which will arrive next week but still feel uncomfortable about the door situation. Overall, I still feel good about my purchase.

Charleston 10x13 Wall Mount

We just had the Charleston 10x13 wall mounted solarium installed. We paid a company recommended by Sogag/Sheterlogic for the installation. It took one person about 8 hours to assemble, but, he knew what he was doing. The unit is mounted on our wood deck.
