Easily chipped

We've had these chairs for less then a week and all of the seats have chipped away

Great Value

Charis are sturdy enough for the price. Previously purchased on ***. lasted 6 years and still going. I initially brought 2 in college and now as a professional, I am buying 2 more for my casual dining set. Just be careful when assembling, screws can go through material! I made that mistake when I moved and reassembled, my relative screwed it in too hard. Will update once I receive the set from this manufacturer!

Very heavy chairs, and they seemed sturdy enough. You do put them together, so it's not a great piece of furniture. Things that are screwed together are never as good as actual joinery.

not buttermilk, but beige

I ordered these chairs thinking they'd be a creamy white/off white/etc. I was shocked to see that they are in fact beige...almost taupe with a hint of green undertones. The picture looks very white. The actual color looks nothing like it. Seriously, they match my beige walls and my antique white cabinets and trim looks stark white in comparison.I worked in furniture retail for many years, and cannot figure how in the heck they came up with "buttermilk" as the color description. I wish the sight allowed me to post a picture.
